News 12 New Jersey, is a 24-hour regional news channel in Edison, New Jersey. The channel operates as an independent unit of News 12 Networks, the first, largest and most watched regional news network in United States. The channel produces 8½ hours of live original news programming daily, alternating with digital replays. The channel launched in March 1996.
News 12 New Jersey can be seen in more than 1.8 million cable households throughout 14 counties in northern and central New Jersey: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren. News 12 New Jersey's main studio, newsroom and sales offices are located inside the Raritan Center business complex in Edison. The channel has remote newsrooms in Trenton, Newark, Oakland and Wall.
